Hairs

Though still weak, Grandma is feeling better finally after her infusion last Tuesday.  Her hair is starting to fall out so her first big outing is a trip to the wig store this morning with Aunt Cathy.  No more washings and stylings!  Comparing the price of a new wig to her previous hairstyling costs, Grandma figures she is set to save a bundle on annual hair expenses!

We are so excited to be gathering as a family tomorrow and then Grandma will be heading up to the cabin for the weekend with a smaller family contingent.  We will all be diligently (and perhaps obessively) washing our hands and trying to keep Grandma's environment as germ free as possible.  Please join me in praying that this time with family will be "balm for the soul" to quote Grandpa, and Grandma will stay healthy!
